The Basketball Spotlight J.E.M. MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSIC will take place Saturday, April 9th at St. Raphael’s School in Hamilton, NJ. This event is in memory of the late Jonelle Elaine Melton who was tragically taken from us September 14th, 2009. This event will feature six middle school teams from the Trenton, NJ area. Basketball Spotlight is giving you the opportunity to contribute to this event. ALL DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE USED FOR THIS EVENT. Donations will go towards awards, t shirts, entertainment and a scholarship award in Jonelle’s name. The event schedule and donation options are listed below.

The Basketball Spotlight Memorial Day Classic is scheduled for May 29th and 30th. This event will bring together some of the top teams on the East Coast to do battle in Mount Laurel, NJ. This event is scheduled to sell out. Space will be very limited. Please use the links below to register.

J.E.M. MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSIC SET FOR APRIL 9TH

Basketball Spotlight bring you the J.E.M. MIDDLE SCHOOL CLASSIC. This event will bring together the middle school teams in the Trenton, NJ area for a day of competition. The participating teams include Village Charter Eagles, TCPA Iron Mikes, Trenton Tornadoes and Ewing Eagles. There will be a semi-finals and championship game. A portion of the proceeds will go to the scholarship in the name of Jonelle Elaine Melton.

New Heights (Regional) grinded out a 46-40 victory over Team Delaware to win the Basketball Spotlight Clash For The Cup 7TH Grade Blue Division Championship. Basketball Spotlight would like to congratulate both teams for making it to the finals and participating in this event.
