Basketball Spotlight 7th Grade Top 10 Team Rankings Presented Future Phenom Camp
1. Team Final: TF once again proved to be too much against the field at the Clash For The Cup. They are a force to be reckoned with and should be considered the best team in the region.
2. NJ Playaz: The Playaz guard play helped them reach the championship game of the Clash while moving up from #6 to #2 in our rankings. Now they will be looking to grab a banner at the Spring Invitational.
3. Brooklyn Bridge: The BB boys didn’t show up for the Clash but still remain in our Top 5 after their championship appearance at the Tip Off Classic.
4. NJ Shore Shots: Yes the NJSS moves into the Top 3 after making a final four run at the Clash. They were #6 in our last rankings. They have some good pieces and are well coached.
5. NJ Scholars: The former KSK squad did a 360 turn around after their showing at the Tip Off Classic. They made a final four run during the Clash and will be looking to grab that banner at the Spring Invitational.
6. Team Spartans: I like this hungry bunch. They had a final four showing at the Tip Off Classic. I believe we will see them again at the MDC.
7. NE Rivals: The other New England crew brought their A game during the Tip Off Classic. We look forward to seeing them at the MDC.
8. New Heights NYC: NH will be attending the Spring Invitational and be looking to move up on the rankings. They are capable of making a deep run.
9. Kings Unlimited: KU cracks the Top 10 after winning the Blue Division crown. They should be making another appearance.
10. Westchester Athletics: WA caps off our Top 10 after they had a runner up finish at the Clash in the Blue Division. They will be returning for the Spring Invitational.
