Breakdown: Carcamo didn’t appear in our national rankings and we take full responsibility for that mistake because this kid has the goods. He put on the show at the Super Skillcase and might have moved into the top point guard in NYC spot. His smooth handle and court demeanor reminds me of fellow Brooklynite Eugene Harvey. He gets anywhere he wants to be on the floor while either finishing with a bucket or nice dime. His addition to the PSA Cardinals only makes them stronger and a potential national threat.
