Super Skillcase Analysis: Carter introduced himself to the Spotlight world with a good showing. He dribbles low to the ground so it’s difficult for defenders to strip him. I like his scoring touch even though I think he’s more of a true point. He did most of his damage in transition. He was truly impressive.
