Coaches Outlook: These young student-athletes are consistently embracing the everlasting journey of their final middle school season. With a consistent diet of gym work on their individual development, it has become inevitable that their team success will come along with it. They are improving on mentally impressing the challenge of competing on the 15u level, playing in front of college coaches and being prepared to help ones High School varsity team in September. Needless to say, we are taking one day at a time!
Spotlight Analysis: After a year away from the grammar school scene Team Scan returns with an impressive roster featuring the #3 overall player in the country (Nazi Reid), #1 point guard in the land (Atiba Taylor) and perhaps the best pure shooter on the East Coast (Aaron Clarke). They also feature nationally Top 35 prospect Walter Tally and spark plug guard Tyler Bourne. Expectations will be sky high for this bunch as they should join the Playaz one of the favorites for the Grand Finale banner. We will visit that topic later.
