Skillcase Analysis: A sparkplug guard with a lot of bounce to his game. He attacked the gaps in the defense and wasn’t afraid to show some flair in his handle. This kid plays with the correct combination of energy and smartness. Before reaching high school Joe does need to work on his strength and tighten up his outside shot.
