Basketball Spotlight is proud to present Jalen Gaffney of ECE-NJABC with the 5th Grade Player Of The Year Award. Gaffney has been dazzling all season while help ECE-NJABC to several Spotlight championships and to #10 finish at the AAU Nationals.
