Basketball Spotlight 12U Quarterly Report
We are going through the first part of the AAU season and it’s our job to keep you guys informed. Therefore we decided to release our quarterly reports. This report will inform on what’s going on in the Basketball Spotlight world.
Basketball Spotlight 12U Quarterly Report
Hottest Team: Team IZOD
They made it to the finals of the Clash For The Cup and seem to be headed for a brilliant season. They have a chance to blaze the trail under a new organization and hopefully make it to Summer Slam.
Surprise Team: Juice All Stars
They made it to the Final Four of the Clash For The Cup and put in work during a few other tournaments. I like their one-two punch of Tyler Bourne and Chris Coalman. Keep an eye on this bunch.
Stumbling Start: Team Nelson
The Mid Atlantic kingpins caught the injury bug and it’s taken a serious impact. Things should shake out for them in the near future and hopefully we will get to see them in full strength.
M.I.A. Team: CBC
League play had this group stuck in Connecticut but they are planning to attend the Clash to get some points rolling. I’m anxious to check out these boys in Spotlight action.
Surprise Player: Chris Coalman (Juice All Stars)
I was surprised how agile and skilled Coalman seems at such a young age. Yes he has a long road ahead of him but with hard work he could turn out to me something special.
POY Front Runner: Nate Pierre Louis (Team IZOD)
This kid has shown the ability to take over games during tournaments and in the showcase setting. During the Grand Finale he averaged near 20 markers a contest. On this level he is very difficult to handle.
