Basketball Spotlight 13U Top 10 Presented By AGame Apparel
The Basketball Spotlight Top 10 Presented by AGame Apparell is back. I know we have our Summer Slam point system but we still have to chart who we think are the Top 10 Teams of each age group. This is just our opinion and should be taken as such.
Basketball Spotlight 13U Top 10 Presented By AGame Apparel
1. Team Final: The reigning Team Of The Year was idle at the Grand Finale and will be making their debut at the Clash For The Cup. Some feel DC Assault is on their heels. We will be waiting for this battle to go down.
2. DC Assault: Wow, these guys ran through the Grand Finale impressively. They toyed with most of the opponents in route of taking home their first Spotlight crown. They seem ready to challenge TF for regional supremacy. They are currently the leader in Summer Slam points.
3. New Heights: Coach Young led his troops to the finals of the Grand Finale. The knocked off some good competition before running out of gas against DC Assault. They are headed for the Clash.
4. Gauchos: They started off sparkling at the Grand Finale before falling to the #2 and #3 teams in the region. Hopefully they can get some more points at the Clash For The Cup.
5. Team Scan: TS is definitely in the mix this season. The finished unranked at the end of last season now they have powered their way to the Top 5. They could go higher with an impressive showing at the Clash.
6. Force One: The Blue Division Champs showed fortitude in a big time battle with Philly Triple Threat. Now they are in the Orange Division and will have to fight harder to stay alive.
7. MABC: The Bengals had some tough treading in a wicked pool. They still have two of the top talents in the region so they should be ready in the future.
8. Philly Triple Threat: PTT marched their way to the finals before falling to Force One. They proved to be a bit too much for the Blue Division and should be a team to watch this year.
9. F.A.C.E.S: It was a tough outing for the Killer Bees but they did end the event with a victory. I’m sure Coach Cole will be able to get his squad to rebound before the Clash For The Cup.
10. CT Elite: This group was absent from the GF but should make their way down for the Clash. They have some ground to make up in terms of Summer Slam points.
