Philly Triple Threat Will Be Ready To Go!The 13U Blue Division will give us a chance to check out some new and upcoming squads. We expect some big time games and some fresh faces to hit the website after this weekend.
Grand Finale 13U Blue Preview
Philly Triple Threat: PTT has to be one of the favorites. Preseason POY candidate Anthony Carr should be leading the way and his backcourt mate Joshua Sharkey will also be one to watch. We expect them to make a lot of noise.
Montgomery County: Darryl Caldwell and Julian Johnson form a serious 1-2 punch and should have been mentioned in our preseason selections (My Bad). They will be making their debuts and are out to make sure I never forget them again.
Team Elite: Wayne White and Keandre Augustine are capable of taking over at anytime. This is their first time entering the “Spotlight” and they are looking to make an impression.
Force One Basketball: If you don’t know Joe Hampton you will when this event is over. The southpaw forward is smooth but deadly on the blocks and should be able to lead his team deep into the Grand Finale.
T Town Ballers: They will take the drive down 195 East for some serious work. I think they should make an impact in this bracket. But the truth will tell at the Hoop Group Headquarters.
Riverside Hawks: The Hawks have finally made it to the “Spotlight”. This has been a long time coming and we are anxious to see what they are working with.
Morris Magic: I heard they are affiliated with the Morris County Bulls if so than I only expect the best. They have never been in these waters so I’m hoping they are ready to swim.
Shooting Stars: This Massachusetts squad was anxious to get into the fire. This will be a long trip down so but I don’t think they will waste their gas.
