I haven’t covered a high school event in years but I had the privilege of watching some action in CT. I will not be returning to writing about high school players but when I see someone special I have to let you guys know. This special player is Kuran Iverson a sophomore from Connecticut. The 6’8 guard has point guard ability and can get a clean look on demand. His athleticism is one of a kind. This kid just needs to stay focused and learn to compete hard against inferior competition. If he continues on the right course you probably will be looking at a future NBA lottery pick. I've seen a lot of great players and he has to be one of the best talents I ever laid eyes on.
