Team Scan Wins Another Crown!Unique Mclean made a lay-up with four seconds left as Team Scan defeated F.A.C.E.S. 44-42 to win the Hoop Group Columbus Weekend Showdown 13U title. F.A.C.E.S. had balanced scoring from for few players.

Leondre Washington Guard (Team Scan)- Washington checked into the game and went right to work. He looked real good in transition in terms of finishing and using his body to shield shot blockers. I like how he stepped up and was willing to take big shots especially the twisting reverse he made in the 4th quarter.
Unique Mclean Forward (Team Scan)- Unique has been making his mark as of late on this site. This kid is a super athlete and always tries to catch a follow up dunk. Yes, a dunk this kid is that athletic and has a lot more game to show. Stay tune!
Doyin Isaac Guard (Team Scan)- Isaac was another excellent pick up for TS. He’s a guard with some size and the gift to get to the cup. He’s a southpaw but I haven’t seen his outside shot yet but getting to the tin is no problem. I definitely have to take another look at this kid. 
Christian Ford Forward (F.A.C.E.S.)- Ford showed good fortitude banging with TS inside. He gets good position on the post and has improved on his touch around the cup. He fought hard to get loose balls and to score on the blocks. He seems ready to go this year.
Raymond Montilous Forward (F.A.C.E.S.)- Despite being a little undersized for his position Ray finds away to get the ball in the basket. He has an array of spin moves and uses the cup as a shield for shot blockers. 
Azzur Taylor Guard (F.A.C.E.S.)- Taylor came into the game and sparked F.A.C.E.S. with his defensive pressure. This kid really understands his role and plays it to the best of his ability. He picks up is man from the parking lot.
