As previously written Nazier Chew will be headed to NJ state power Trenton Catholic. But before Chew puts on the Blue and White he will represent the South team in the Basketball Spotlight J.E.M. All Star Classic held August 28th at St Benedicts Prep. Nazier earned his invite by leading Team Nelson to several victories including a MDC crown. He also took home All Tournament honors in the Basketball Spotlight Grand Finale, Clash For The Cup and Memorial Day Classic.The J.E.M. All Star Classic will bring together the top rising 9th Graders in the region for a day of competition and celebration. The players in this event were selected by our committee and have been notified. During halftime of this event Basketball Spotlight will be presenting several awards for teams and players that have performed well this past season. Stay tune as Basketball Spotlight will release other top players that have been selected for this event.
