Naim Thomas one of the top point guards in NYC has decided to attend Archbishop Stepinac High School in White Plains, NY. Thomas currently runs the show for the #2 squad in the region Team Scan. Naim’s coach Terrence Williams thinks Stepinac is a good spot for Thomas. “Heading to Stepinac will put Naim in a position to play at one of the highest levels possible. He will be playing for a good high school (Stepinac) and AAU team (Team Scan). Exposure shouldn’t be a problem” said Williams.
Coach Williams is always concerned about his players getting better and feels that Thomas shouldn’t have any problems at Stepinac. “As long as Naim continues to work on mastering the art of running a ball club, getting others better and scoring the ball he will be okay. I think he should see varsity action by his sophomore year” Williams finished. Basketball Spotlight will keep you posted on Naim’s progress.
