Mickey Mitchell (Texas Titans)Mickey Mitchell has been a Class 2015 stud for a while. Teams know when they face the Texas Titans Mickey will be tough to handle. Last year I got a chance to check out Mitchell at the 12U Nationals and on some occasions his dominance seemed unfair. He eventually led his team to the national title.
Mitchell is ranked in the Top 3 on just about every website and probably will be in our top 3 also when the rankings are released at the end of August. He’s currently standing 6’6 so he’s capable of playing all five positions on this level. Some might think he’s taking advantage of smaller players but reports from the 14U Nationals last summer had him as one of the top players in attendance. We are curious to see what he has in store this year at the 13U Nationals in Memphis.
