Nate Pierre-Louis Stuffed The Stat Sheets At The MDC.
The 11U Division had some serious talent. Here’s a look at some of the top ballers from the 5th Grade.
11U Top Performers
Nate Pierre-Louis Guard (Team Battle)- Pierre-Louis stuffed the stat sheet this weekend. Not only did he score big numbers but he was involved heavy on the boards and dishing the rock. This kid is definitely making a case for 11U Player Of The Year Honors.
Aaron Clarke Guard (Team Battle)- Clarke hot the hot hand this weekend especially in the semifinals against Maryland Panthers. The lefty nailed four treys on his way to 28 points in the loss. His range is when he walks into the gym.
David Kachelries Guard (Team Battle)- The crafty point guard didn’t disappoint this weekend. He averaged double figures in points while a load of assist. He might be one of the most underrated point guards in the region. He can break the ankles of defenders.
Andre Boykin Forward (Maryland Panthers)-Boykin not only did work in the finals but he dominated the semifinals by dropping a game high 30 points on Team Battle. Boykin was a rough load to handle for much of the 11U Division.
Raine McKeython Guard (Maryland Panthers)- McKeython also got busy in the semifinals by finishing with 24 markers. Raine can flat out score and there’s not much many can do about it.
Javon Allie Guard (Team Final)- Allie was the leading scorer in their game against Long Island Lightning. This shifty guard can get anywhere he wants on the floor. He also has a strong build which helps him finish off plays.
Jamari Venter Guard (MABC)-Venter has a sick handle and the willingness to attack defenders. He can score at will and beat anyone off the dribble. MABC should be in good hands with him at the controls.
Azar Swain Guard (MABC)- Swain has a sweet pull up off the dribble. He’s a crafty ball handler with some bulk that helps him bully past defenders. Scoring will never be a problem for this kid.
