Inside The MDC 14UTeam Nelson Ends On A Good Note
The triple crown winners a year ago was determined not to end this season without a Spotlight title. This weekend they got the job done by winning the MDC for the second year in a row. They defeated a stubborn Team Final 13U in the semifinals before knocking off Kings Of The Court (OH) in the finals. Congrats to Coach Malik and his crew.
The Drive Was Worth It
Kings Of The Court of Ohio traveled 10 hours for the Basketball Spotlight MDC and left with the runner up prize. This squad was the first Ohio team to enter the Spotlight and the represented well. They have a few good prospects that you will definitely hear from in the future.
