Chew Selects Trenton Catholic Academy
I guess the rich got richer as Nazier Chew has selected Trenton Catholic Academy to attend high school. The #1 point guard in the Garden State selected TCA over a host of other NJ powerhouses. Trenton Catholic recently won the NJ Tournament Of Champions and was recently ranked 14th in the country by USA Today. Chew’s father was comfortable with the decision “I played for TCA when they where McCorriston so the tradition is there. He will be comfortable with the coaching staff and players” said Deon Chew.
TCA’s schedule and roster also helped in the decision. “I believe TCA can be real good for a while. They play a tough schedule and play in showcase events like the Primetime Shootout. It should be a great fit for my son” the elder Chew finished. Chew is projected as a good point guard for this program and could see some varsity action as a frosh. Basketball Spotlight will keep you posted on his progress.
