Team Battle Conquers Atlantic CityBrandon Randolph pumped in 24 points and Jamir Harris added 13 markers as Team Battle defeated F.A.C.E.S. 61-41 to win the AC Showcase 12U Championship. Raymond Montilus finished with 16 points for F.A.C.E.S. loss.
Top Performers
Brandon Randolph Guard (Team Battle)- Randolph was magnificent in the finals. He hit the open jumper (2 treys) and attacked the basket when necessary. He’s a wiry guard but seems to be a lot stronger than he looks. He is really shining in this new system.
Jamir Harris Forward (Team Battle)- Harris continued his great play in the finals. He hit the pull up jumper and controlled the game on the boards. He looks very good when slashing to cup and scoring along the baseline. His play propelled them to the victory.
Leondre Washington Guard (Team Battle)- Washington had a good floor game. He made some good passes in transition while also setting the tempo. He handled the F.A.C.E.S. pressure without turning the rock over and showed good poise.
Raymond Montilus Forward (F.A.C.E.S.)- Ray put together another good weekend. This kid is developing his perimeter and rarely plays with back to the basket. I love the way he hustled hitting the glass and getting put backs.
Christian Ford Forward (F.A.C.E.S.)- Ford also worked hard on the boards and was able to convert a few chippies. He also has shown the ability to handle the rock a little more which will be good in his development.Stay Tune For Inside The AC Showcase Feat. All Tournament Team.
