Breakdown: Higgins is a 4th Grader playing in 11U division and has some good skills for this age. He’s a sharp ball handler that can create his own shot. I even saw him switch to his left during a layup in transition. The Bulldogs have been known to put out heady point guards and he seems to be the next in line.
