Diary Of A Baller: Jordan Forehand Entry #14
Hello basketball world!
It's your boy Jordan. My school year at Rutgers Prep is over! My class is going on our 8th grade school trip to Hershey trip. I won't be going, but I will attend graduation on Friday. I received the athletic award, which was pretty cool. One of the summer books that they gave me to read is called "The Secret Life of Bee's". I am going to watch the movie, as well.
Typical workout week for me. Worked on the shooting gun and did some conditioning and agility drills.
My father's team, the Greenburgh Kings, had a tournament in Mt. Vernon, NY over the weekend. We played up in the 16U division. I was able to play in one of the games against a team from Long Island. We won the game. Felt good to hear that familiar cry, "Go Kings".
I had to leave after that game for a game with Sports University/Team IZOD over at Kean University. We won the tournament for the 15U bracket. Congrats to all my teammates. Welcome back Jerome! Looking forward to those 20 points and 10 rebounds!!
At last week's Gym Rats tournament, I was nominated as a "honorable mention". Next year, we want the chip!
School is out, the summer is almost here and I will be looking forward to each and every day!
Not ready to give out my high school choice yet....!
J4-out!
