Strengths: Lambert can flat out shoot the pill from the perimeter. He has a smooth stroke and the confidence to let it go from anywhere in the gym. I also like his size and length for a 2 guard.
Areas of Improvement: While in high school Lambert will need to pack on some mass. I also would like him to work on driving the lane with the rock and finishing in traffic. Sometimes he can rely on the jumper too much. Finally some improved strength will give him a bigger impact on the defensive end.
