Clash For The Cup Preview: 11 and Under Division

The Basketball Spotlight Clash For The Cup 11 and Under Division should be a treat. There are several teams that have scores to settle and will have a chance to get it done on the stage. Here’s a preview of this age bracket and what to expect this Saturday.

11 and Under Preview

Team Battle: Team Battle rebounded from a Grand Finale exit by winning the New Heights tourney and the MLK Classic. They bring a great combination of guard play and size to the table. Tyus Battle, Jamir Harris and Chase Barney’s for an awesome threesome and will be ready for combat. Team Battle’s experience in big time tourneys should help them out.

Gauchos: The Gauchos won the Grand Finale and finished runner up at the New Heights tourney. They also have supreme guard play with George Pena, Brandon Randolph, Shamorie Pond and Jared Rivers in the building. They have split games with Team Battle and we might have the rubber match if both advance to the finals.

F.A.C.E.S.: The Newark squad finished runner up at both the Grand Finale and MLK Classic. The disciplined squad is hungry for a crown and what is better than taking home the cup? RJ Cole, Ray Montilous, Shyquan Gibbs and Javon Reis Wilson will be names to look out for.

Team Artest: The new kids on the block from Queensbridge are ready to show they are ready for the big time. They have a faced pace style and will be ready to run with anybody. Keep an eye on Anthony Gibbs, Mekhi Hall, Romello Ford and Nakaye Sanders.
