Championship Game Top Performers
Nyie Johnson Forward (Playaz)- Johnson was a force because of his physical attributes. He scores inside with ease and hits the glass for rebounds. He has a mean streak that is hard to compete against on this level.
Matthew Johnson Guard (Playaz)- Matthew might be the best point guard in this class. He dazzled defenders with superb ball handling and basketball instincts. His court vision and presence is an immediate impact on the game. Once his jumper gets consistent his game will rise even higher.
Kavon Stewart Guard (Playaz)- The southpaw scores with such ease especially in transition. In the half court he gets into the lane at will and finishes at the cup with good accuracy. He looks like a young Nick Van Exel.
Reggie Cameron Forward (Playaz)- Cameron has a good touch from the perimeter and is a capable rebounder. He scored with ease at times but will have to improve his speed in years to come.
Mykhal Corbit Guard (Linden Ballers)- Corbit came to play for the Ballers early on. He was very active on the offensive end by getting into the lane and making things happen. He has a flair that catches your eye.
DeAndre Santos Forward (Linden Ballers)- Santos has become more mobile by putting the rock on the floor and moving his feet on defense. He tried to battle the long post players of the Playaz but got outnumbered on the glass at times.
